Surmontil (trimipramine)

Does anyone here use this medication? Or have used it in the past?
I am looking at it to treat depression, fibromyalgia, and disordered sleep.
My doc has green-lighted the discontinuance of Emsam so I can have more freedom in pain control. I am not keen on retaking up an ssri/snri.
It's been pointed out to me as a TCA that does not distort sleep archecture. That's important to me.
