med toxcity

I have been on 200mg Lamictal, 50mg of zoloft, 70 mg of vyvanse, .25mg xanax x3 daily for years..i drink coffee every day and weight is 85ibs. has this possibly led to serotonin syndrome? been extremly agitated and extreem highs and lows..aggressiveness ..just not like me.anyone experience this? thank you for any input..having a really hard time..
