In the U.S. generic manufactures don't have to test their product against a placebo like the brand version. So there are no double blind studies to test whether generics are EFFECTIVE, we know just that they are bioequivalent, and just assume that make it effective. Maybe the fillers do make a difference, but we will never know.
Complaints: post-SSRI problems: anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual dysfunction. )
