> I have been reading a lot about Lamictal generics with very mixed reviews. I would like to hear about your experiences, particularly with Mylan and Teva. I am currently taking Mylan 100mg titrating up for treatment resistant depression. The consensus seems to be that it is not very good. Thanks for sharing.
I'm on Dr. Reddy's labs Lamictal and its starting to work. I've never heard any this about the Mylan brand. I know there have been debates about the dr. reddy and the teva version. One seems to work for some and one for another.
If you can afford it, try the brand and then if it helps. Then switch to a generic and see if it is still helping.
My pdoc uses blood level testing and says that once you get to 6.0 mcg/ml, it starts to kick in. For me this is 412 mgs. So you may have to wait until you are at a higher dose to notice something.
Complaints: post-SSRI problems: anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual dysfunction. )
Country:USACurrently taking Lamictal, mirtazapine.
Does humor belong in depression?
