I experienced cycling on Paxil and Prozac, but not on Nardil. While my response to Nardil was only temporary (it lasted about three months altogether), it remains the only medication that's helped with my depression for more than a few days. You might want to consider an MAOI if you haven't already tried one. There actually is some evidence (albeit weak, in my opinion) that clorgyline, an irreversible monoamine oxidase A inhibitor, may be helpful for patients with rapid cycling bipolar disorder (Potter et al., 1982).
