I also have issues with rage due to PTSD. In the past I was taking celexa and lexapro. I found that lexapro was very good at calming anger, but for me it was too numbing so I stopped it.
I also tried topamax and got some interesting relief at a very low dose of 12.5mg. This may have been coincidence, a lack of stimulating situations to bring out the rage, etc.
One weird thing about topamax, I no longer want to eat french fries. Its like it did something permanent to my brain.
