Lorazepam tolerance

I am on ativan thrice daily - 0.5, 0.5, 1mg, since past 10 days
Tapering Lex - now down to 10 mg from 12.5
I have begun to notice that the sedative effects are wearing down a bit, though the anxiolytic effects are as good as day one.
I notice that the lorazepam makes me calm through out its course of action, but I have been noticing a sense of dread and impending doom, unreal spaced out too...
I must say as an axiolytic lorazepam has helped me deal with lexapro's withdrawal effect (quick taper)...
Wonder if the unreal feelings should be attributed to lorazepam's paradoxical reactions or is it just lex withdrawal...?
