Hi
I believe the afternoon tiredness is related to the insomnia if you succumb to the urge for that two hour nap. I have found, for me, that the afternoon tiredness does decrease over time. I have always had to take something for insomnia while on high dosage Nardil. Both side effects are also dosage related for me. Much worse at 90mg than at 60mg.

The usual washout from a SSRI is 14 days. However Prozac is different and most say that a 5 week washout period is necessary. Please check with your Dr.
