Seroquel XR - no elevated heart rate?

Hi, i came accros this at askapatient: i experience severe tachardia on seroquel regular

but the person claims on the XR it doesn't have the tachardia..


IS IT POSSIBLE AND HOW COME THE XR DOESNT CAUSE SEVERE TACHARDIA V.S REGULAR SEROQUEL IN DOSES ABOVE 200 mg?
