Maxime (and Scott),Would low dose Abilify work? (Like 1-2mgs?) Weight neutral. That's what I was given when first dx'd w/ BP nos. Maybe that dose would not be enough for BPII. It's pretty dang potent, though--and didn't mess up my thinking.
A mood chart is a great tool. I track my meds on it, too.
