Prescription desmopressin will stop nocturia. If you can't convince your doc, it's available from antiaging sites. It raises vasopressin levels. High vasopressin is associated with depression, but in my experience this wasn't a problem. FYI - polyuria can be a physical symptom of depression, like fatigue can.
