Hey, wow
isn't that a great improvement? I mean despite sleeping without a sleep aid on Parnate..if it was me I'd also already grown partly tolerant to the benzo sleep aids and I'd have some rebound insomnia when I suddenly stopped taking them. And you slept for 3 hours without any benzo just on Parnate?
Of course 3 hours are far too little, but hey maybe you also have some rebound insomnia already and you'd start sleeping on your own very soon?!
Do you think it's the dosage of Parnate?
Really nice, would be great if 60mg were even better :)I wish you GOOD LUCK!!!It might work finally!!
Haha then you are free without the need of anything else your pdoc might want to "offer" you :)Please keep me updated!!
I'm sleeping fine with my 200mg trazodone.. thnx for your concern!
I'd also like to get rid of the Trazodone one day as it's making me a little bit foggy during the day which I noticed when I was NOT on Parnate.. Now Parnate seems to take care of that which is great! But I'm sure I'd be even clearer in my mind when I didn't need the Trazodone.
The problem for me is that I've become somewhat dependent on it. Even before Parnate I had to take my 150mg dose I was taking since 3 years. When I only reduced by 12,5mg I would have great trouble sleeping (waking after only a 2-3 hours without the possibility to fall asleep again).
I plan trying to reduce Trazodone again when I'm completely stable on Parnate (and then in even smaller decrements.. 3years are a far too long time).So.. good luck that you might sleep even better tonight!! Keeping all fingers crossed :)
