I searched for "Dr." Martin T. Jensen on the American Board of Medical Specialists site to see if he if is a Board Certified Physician.

Martin T. Jensen is NOT BOARD CERTIFIED.
On his website he claims to be an M.D.

Martin T. Jensen is impersonating a physician.
Clearly this is extremely dangerous for his clients.
