Venlafaxine / Mirtazapine to increase TCA levels?

Posted by ben on August 2, 2009, at 6:23:44

I take Remeron along with Effexor and a TCA. Serum plasma level of the Remeron was low at 30mg. Effexor was in the upper reference range and the TCA level increased markedly to double the the level. Why? Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine seem not to inhibit any CYP450 enzymes?
