I do have intrusive OC spectrum thoughts among the rest of my multiple diagnoses...I can't say they're what one would technically clinically call "OC" (a single track going constantly) but more things that come into my head constantly, from ph-antasies (a slight distinction from fantasies, but that's just what my doctor refers them as), scenarios, catastrophes, to words and things I've heard or am concerned about)
...a medication isn't going to take away all of it, but if you haven't tried them, I would suggest a fairly high dose of Luvox, or if you've tried that, Anafranil.
Augmentation with low dose and lower side effect APs such as Seroquel to SSRIs may also help.
Its really hard I know to deal with it with CBT like other forms of OCD -- some people have managed to screen out these things but it can be very strong at times, especially (obviously) when one is most anxious.
If you're already on benzodiazepines too, then I wouldn't suggest to go further there... but a small dose of klonopin/valium might help along with the above medication (just be sure not to have an ever escalating dose... personal experience, anyhow).
