Yeah it is, but we started me off on 5mg, then slowly worked are way to 20. I think we could've seen more improvements had we increased it to 40. So what I plan on doing is going back to Lexapro, going back to abilify, and starting lithium. So thats 3 meds, which is the absolute max I'm willing to go.
