I have not much experience with AD combos, but here it is, as far as I remember.
SAMe and Parnate.............Agitating
SAMe and Tianeptine..........OK
Parnate and tianeptine.......Terrible
and then related
Hydergine and Trivastal......Good
Agomelatine and Hydergine....OK

I think it is unpredictable and difficult to get right. So I have not been in a hurry to combine agomelatine with anything much.
