I've certainly done that before, though not with zoloft. I also suspect that nausea would be the main concern, but I'm certainly no expert. Personally, I'd be ringing up my pharmacist if I had a drug question I needed a quick answer to. (If it happens to be after-hours, you can always try calling a 24-hour pharmacy.)
You probably know this already, but just in case you don't, if you start to feel nauseous, ginger is a great remedy. I usually like to eat a few pieces of candied ginger, but I've also used ginger capsules, pickled ginger, ginger tea (cut a piece of root and steep), and ginger ale. Ume (Japanese pickled plum) also works great, if you happen to have some on hand. (It's an acquired taste.) At night I like Benadryl for nausea since it has the added benefit of making me sleepy.
