So I took 25mg again last night, along with 2mg Trilafon. Woke up normal time(6:30am), ate breakfast, and felt the fatigue set it. Today was a gym day for me, and I was pretty much set in taking it off, due the fatigue. However, after a few hours, it seems as if I snapped out of the fatigue, and was able to work out.
I noticed my heart rate is definitely increased, and I sweat a lot more. My normal resting heart rate is quite low, upper 30s, to the 50s at the highest. Mostly genetic, and partly due to being in decent shape. I haven't taken it on the Clomipramine yet, but I'm sure it's a good 20-30 beats higher; nothing I'm concerned about. Hell, I had cardiac arrhythmia on Parnate, and I just accepted it.
I'll bump it up to 50mg tomorrow, as per was the original dosage plan. I'll just need to drag my *ss out of bed, and make it to my 8am class.
I do sometimes wonder if I'm BPII. As sometimes I'll be at the gym, have all negative thoughts about the present and future, and later on, I'll start looking at all the positives and how I'm going to succeed. I'm definitely more on the depressive side, but I might have some hypomania going on. My doctor doesn't think I'm BP at all though.
