I think you are right about the serotonin thing in general. It's not an absolute, though.

Parnate had a strange effect on my orgasm/ejaculation. I reached orgasm just fine, but ejaculated just prior to it. I believe it is called retrograde ejaculation. It lasted a week or two. Other than that, I never had a problem with Parnate. Nardil, on the other hand, produced anorgasmia early in treatment that resolved in about 3 months. This seems to be a common phenomenon.
