Thanks.
I'm currently on: pristiq 100mg, lithium 300mg, abilify 7.5mg, seroquel 50mg, agomelatine 25mg, adderall 10mg 2x day, deprenyl 5mg 2x week for MAO-B inhibition and it's antioxidant effects. doctor doesn't know about deprenyl and agomelatine as i'm sure he wouldn't be able to recommend it for professional liability reasons, and i dont want to get him mad at me.
Partial response is remission of suicidal/obsessive thoughts, but no increase in positive affect, or self-esteem/confidence/motivation.
I've been on a bunch of stuff before...typical laundry list including emsam, nardil, and parnate. MAOIs worked but i'd keep on having to push up the dose and emsam made me a bit hypomanic, nardil had too many side effects, parnate was the best of them but had to keep pushing the dose higher and higher and it never was stimulating enough to kill the ADHD symptoms. did a course of 20 rTMS sessions in october which helped a bit for a few weeks after. now going back for a shorter course. just started pristiq 2 weeks ago so it hasn't perhaps kicked in quite enough yet, but so far at 100mg it doesn't feel nearly as effective as effexor was at 300mg, so i may switch back to that. can't say anything regarding the agomelatine, been taking in for 2 months now (though i haven't told my doctor) and while it seems to help with sleep, it hasn't resolved the depression. i'll stick with it as it may work differently with pristiq than it did with parnate, and it doesnt seem to have any interaction effects.
also take a bunch of supplaments including b vitamins, NAC, fish oil, 7-keto, DLPA
Thanks, i'll watch out for dreaming issues.
