My fears are so bad I need to go more than once a week. :-( My psychiatrist is 165.00 which my parents pay for. I get a longer session and he is better than any others I have had, but it is very expensive. Right now I am going every 2 weeks and that feels like an eternity. I just can't burden my parents with more than that.
