Well if your body clock works that way, I can't say otherwise, I mean some people work a swing shift that way, but isn't it nice to see more of the sun, which would perhaps lessen depression?

Seeing internist tomorrow as my back pain also getting worse and weight loss?

There are natural processes of aging, not everything is within our control. The weight loss could be a variation in your Hashimoto's, but I'm not the doctor. Back pain... can't say, a hundred different reasons including arthritis or other things.

I've been told over and over that I must leave the house daily or I'll be agoraphobic.

If you have agoraphobia, you'll know it. I don't know that it suddenly produces it, but constantly staying in the house and not being among people, and not interacting with them at least to some extent, can create timidity of going outside, yes.

Agoraphobia is a greater exaggeration of that with a panic component, to summarize. What's the the worst that can happen to go to some social function or even look into it? So you don't like it, or you don't go to it. But you've tried.

Anyhow maybe I'm looking at it from a bit of transference from my own experience of being too isolated.
