overusing benzos

ey guys I stayed closed again dirung the weeked
locked in my room and layed on bed all the time
thats terrible. Suicide thougths always
there.
So what the hell , I take this bunch of pills
of xanax , like 4 mg , the I took a lot
of cofee and I was for a moment feeling better
Maybe I can do this often , any problem ??
its better than be thinking in dead. do you
think this combination could work in the same
way as any stimulant and a benzo ? I also take

I just feel very sleepy right now but I really
dont care . cofee is good ooh yeaah
it gives me strength an for moments in combination with xanax makes me prosocial
let me enjoy a little bit of this life in the way
