Parnate unlike nardil isnt known to have a big effect on gaba. However RECENTLY i started noticing stand alone documents,as well as this information inserted into old descriptions of parnate.
What im speaking of is, now with a standard search in google, using the terms - parnate gaba b - you will find that parnate increases gaba reuptake? This confuses me as i was always under the assumption parnate did not affect gaba, and even reading once somewhere that it was believed gaba actualy decreased gaba which was why most people use it with a accompanying benzo.
So again now i see parnate connected with gaba b in all my searches.
I assume this means it makes certain gaba drugs more potent?Im not sure but id love to hear some ideas on what this could mean from anyone willing to chime in.
