Right. That's why it is found in combination with aspirin and paracetamol in many pills. But i wonder if this is only for headaches due to the vasoconstriction which caffeine induces or for other forms of ache as well.

By the way, is caffeine adrenergic or not? I used to think that this is its major mode of action until i read this and i feel a little confused about it:

If it is adrenergic, it should be effective for other forms of aches like neuropathic pain, as previously mentioned.
