That said, you could also just take 200 mg for one of your doses, and 100 mg for the other. I used to take 200 mg twice a day, so I can guaranty you that it is safe to do, at least in terms of taking 200 mg wellbutrin SR at once. I'd probably take the 200 mg in the morning, given that many people find wellbutrin to have some stimulating effects - thereby avoiding excess stimulation at the end of your day, when you're likely planning to sleep.
