Any time there is a reduction in the production of saliva (xerostomia), the natural antibiotics it contains are no longer available to keep the bacteria in check. Suck on sugarless candy or gum. It will induce a greater amount of saliva secretion.

Desipramine will be the closest to being weight-neutral.
