In reply to Nardil is wreaking havoc on my circadian rhythm, posted by DavidLA on March 11, 2008, at 23:55:22
Hi David,
If your histamine receptors are like mine, Seroquel will put you down for seven or eight hours. I usually take it a half hour before I want to go to sleep. I've been on it about a year and I'm still on 25mg. I have taken 50mg a few times. I also have severe social anxiety to go along with my atypical depression, so I take 2mg of clonazepam to augment my 90mg of Nardil. I plan to start cutting down slowly on the benzo as soon as this period of intense stress is over. Hope your sleep improves. I believe we have to get good sleep to recover from depression.
Take care,
Jedi
> I'm a long-time user of Nardil for depression and I love it -- but I'm at the end of my rope. My sleep cycle is completely out of whack. I stay up until 3 am and then go to work on 4 hours sleep and feel horrible all day. Then I do it all over again the next night.
