Info re: no local anesthetics for EMSAM users

Posted by trx resistant on January 12, 2008, at 17:35:29

Need info before Monday re: contra-indications for local anesthectics when on EMSAM. Need some minor injections and/or topical numbing cream. Called Bristol and they were useless/ no info? am I going to die(or stroke out) for a couple of local injections in skin or numbing cream?
Bristol told me I must be off EMSAM for 10 days prior and 7 days after general anesthetic. I'm taking 1/2 patch (3mg) for 12 hours per day. I may need brain biopsy soon.
Thanks
