I don't take either benzos or Arcalion regularly. Whenever I feel like taking Ativan, I pop Arcalion along with it.

BTW, if you hope Arcalion can either substitute Provigil or Trivastal, you would be disappointed. For me, Arcalion is only handy to suspend unwanted benzo effects. Assuming you are in U.S hence will have to order it online paying a big price, I don't think it worths more than either Provigil or Trivastal.
