The fact that phillipa feels compelled to offer a response to each thread is fine, but really, can she be careful to do it in such a way as to not hijack a specific request for information?

Florence, with all due respect, you do not know the level of the original poster's despair. It IS quite possible that INFORMATION was what was going to save him. Thank God Squiggles got in with some real information before this became a discussion of Canada, serzone, etc, sewing (?) whatever.
