> I'm not a Nardil veteran yet..but I feel for you with the insomnia..I take .05 clonazapam, 7.5 zopiclone and 50 mg seroquel (up from 25 mg)at bed and still am battling insomnia, but for some reason my energy is so high I'm don't feel too dragged out the next day..like I said in a previous post, I find that if I have nothing in my stomach after 6 p.m. (heartburn middle of the night, new to me)I seem to get into deeper and longer periods of sleep..I've been on zopiclone and clonazapam at bed for so long I'm sure they have lost their effectiveness, so I may have to do another increase of seroquel..will have to discuss with pdoc first.

Sleep deprivation can actually have an anti-depressent effect - up to a point. I have struggled with having to force myself to sleep more than I want to, just so my body gets enough rest. I've obviously not found a solution yet after many years of searching.
