Yes, I wouldn't worry about one day, you will feel nervous especially if it is for a preexisting anxiety spectrum disorder. Skip it. Get a pill minder and take it the next day. Or like you said, you can take it in the morning but you'll feel zonked out depending on how used to it so unless you don't have anything to do for several hours at least, I'd go with the former choice.
