I am on Lexapro and before that cymbalta both can cause the lack of or a inability to achieve orgasm. It is definitely the AD that causes this. At least for me. Cymbalta decreased my sex drive as well. Lexapro doesn't decrease it so much but makes an orgasm a hard thing to achieve. After getting off cymbalta I stayed off AD's for about 6 months and things returned to normal until I went back on to Lexapro. Hope this informations helps.
