I was on Parnate for a short time..I have to say it worked quickly and was great for motivation and focus..but I developed a weird chill from it that was too much to handle, so I think I'm OK with the fear of MAOI's..haven't experienced any "chills" from Nardil but I certainly haven't felt anything close to positive from it at this point..having said that I spoke to my pdoc this afternoon..I'm going to continue taking Nardil for another week, hopefully longer as long as the anxiety and depression don't worsen..I don't want to quit before I've given it a fair trial..

I take Clonazapam at bed along with other sleep meds..took an additional dose this afternoon..
I'm sleeping as well as I did before Nardil, which isn't great..but no worse than before..

I'm hoping it will "kick in" soon, and this will all be worth it..
