Not really. CerfolinNAC and Metanx are also Rx. The only difference between the latter two and Deplin is that the latter two add some vitamins to the L-methylfolate.
Cerfolin =
5.6 mg L-methylfolate (Metafolin®)
2 mg Methycobalamin (i.e., Methyl-B12)
600 mg N-acetylcysteine (i.e.; NAC)
