-- I agree with Brody. The Ensam could be affecting your blood sugar. I'm hypoglycemic and when my blood sugar is low I feel like I am starving. I don't have cravings for carbs or sugar, I just feel like I haven't eaten in days. It would also happen when I would drink excessive amounts of coffee. I'd feel like I was starving, but I didn't have cravings.If it is a blood sugar issue, you could try taking about 600mg of chromium a day. I found that helped a lot with the hunger issue and it helped regulate my blood sugar immensely.
