For the first time in my life I ordered some meds online - some Thyroxine. I really want to know if it will make a difference. If it's the hypothyroidism that's impeding the absorption of the antidepressants than it's no wonder none of them ever work and I'm not getting better. I'm willing (even eager) to give it a try - I truly believe there's something to this.
Does anyone know if there have been many success stories on the board where getting the thyroid "normalized" has greatly improved ones mental health or helped them get out of a treatment resistant depression?
