On Wellbutrin....CAN'T QUIET MY THOUGHTS??

Posted by SometimesBlue on September 12, 2007, at 8:37:09

I'm not sure if this a "racing thoughts" kind of thing. But i feel like i can hear my thoughts [not like hearing voices], it's like i'm narrating my thoughts. This is fine during the day, but when i want to go to sleep at night, it's like i have to focus on something else to not "think"...like seriously quiet my thoughts. It's very annoying to say the least.

Now, I don't want to go off the Wellbutrin, it's been great with depression, focus, energy and it has even worked with my anxiety. So what can I do about this? will it ever go away?

I can't take any sleeping pills because i have a 4 month old that i still have to tend to in the middle of night, so i can't be all drugged up.

Any advice, suggestions, or familiarity with what's going on?

thanks,
SB
