Have you ruled out a urinary tract infection? Or maybe acidic urine (and the smell in some people) goes along with an increase in anxiety.

It is quite unpleasant and is indescribable. I am taking five different meds so who knows what could be causing this. I am too embarassed to ask my psycdoc about it.
