If your irritability is a symptom related to the bipolar spectrum, then a mood stabilizer should help.

If your irritability is a side effect of the blood pressure medication, there's probably an antidote of some sort, too.

If your irritability is caused by working with idiots -- you're probably on your own...

Could your irritability be related to anxiety? Or increased agitation from the Prozac? It can be pretty activating for some people. Or maybe the Buspar is less than successful for your anxiety?

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. It sounds to me as though figuring out the cause of the irritability is probably the first step. And, based solely on my gut, I'd lean towards ruling out the bipolar spectrum options first -- the irritability could be a sign of a mixed state episode.
