Feeling like I'm slipping again

Ugh. My body aches - my muscles ache - so much hysical pain with depression. My mood today started out ok and then now I'm crying and alone. Maybe it's because I am weaning off Remeron and BuSpar and starting Geodon...?
Here's what I am on now
Adderall 20mg 3x
Klonopin 1mg 4x
Lexapro 20mg (althought weaning off it too)
Geodon 80mg
Hydrocodone 5mg 4x
I talked to my therapist and he came to the conclusion that I need a case worker to work with me to find financial programs, etc and to help me work out other resources. Problem is I live in a small town and the 2 case workers they have are full. So they are intervewng a new person.
Sorry to be posting so much...I hope you aren't sick of me complaining.
