What dosage of Topamax and do you like it?

My PDOC is going to switch me from Zyprexa which is causing 'blunting' to Topamax. I'm wary of the reviews I'm reading that speak of cognitive changes. She said I'll start with 25 mg. What do you think? What experiences can you share with trying Topamax? TIA!
