Ramsea do you take meds with the CBT? Seems all my benzo options are running out and tolerance has set in. No longer do I get that feeling of panic but just inside I feel wierd? And unable to sit still or be content with anything. Want to stay on the go and then can't go anywhere. Love Phillipa
