Do *NOT* take an SSRI with an MAOI. It theoretically can be done, but only in an in-patient setting with very experienced clinicians and extremely conservative dose titration. Even then the side effects usually outweigh the benefits.

The dose of SSRI you have access to will not be small enough to do this safely. Also, the way MAOIs work, there is usually a "threshold" before which nothing goes wrong and after which all hell can break loose. I strongly urge you not to pursue this route.

Insofar as your agitation is concerned, methylphendiate is a crappy stimulant. Try d-amphetamine instead; your nerves will thank you.
