I used the patch, gum, and in the end it was simply will power for me. I smoked for about 7 years and must have quit at least a dozen times. Sometimes for over a year. I've permanently quit for 3 years now and it's been unquestionably the best thing I've ever done...period. But enough about me. It will likely be the best thing you ever do also. Good luck.
