I think they help. Without them I can't function normaly. I get distorted visions of life. Like my thoughts are weird. I do a lot of stupid stuff. Like laughing out loud in the middle of class when nothing funny was said, and the people just look away like. or I'm paranoid thinking that crack smoke is comming out of the air conditioner, because I hear someone outside putting it into the fan portion outside. I get very paranoid at work thinking that I see smoke coming out of anylizers, when others don't see it. Then the dreams of being at work and the hydrogen bottles blow up. When I take zyprexa, I don't get any of that, I just don't even have those thoughts. It straightens out what I'm thinking, and see reality a lot better. I'm starting to think the abilify may be working in place of some zyprexa. I don't have these dilusions, like when I was on only 5mg zyrexa. Now I take 5mg z and 7.5 abilify. At first when I switched my thoughts were not so clear, but a month in I seem to be getting better.
