What do I take to avoid substantial weight gain?

I am going to switch from Cymbalta to Remeron because Cymbalta has seemed to increase my anxiety and make me more depressed.

I am concern about gaining a lot of weight on Remeron, however, getting well is my priority. Is there something, other than Wellbutrin, I could ask my pdoc to prescribe along with Remeron to help counter the weight gain?
