Followup is a given I think. If I do stick with drugs, I don't know which ones. Reuptake inhibitors or maois do not agree with me and often make me more depressed. It seems the drugs I do best with are ones that stimulate neurotransmitters, not ones that shore them up. Maybe that's why I did well with ECT since it stimulates neurotransmitters.
